SimplyComply · controlled beta
Beta Terms of Use
These draft terms describe access to the invite-only SimplyComply beta for selected Commonwealth and Western Australian businesses. They are not a promise of a finished or broadly available service.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
1. Beta status and approval
SimplyComply is an invite-only beta. Access may be limited, changed or withdrawn while the product, security controls and regulatory content are reviewed. These terms require legal review and owner approval before broad public launch. The current beta has no guarantee of availability, uninterrupted operation or a particular outcome.
2. What the beta provides
The beta provides a tenant-scoped register, task and reminder workflow based on the business information you provide. It currently focuses on selected Commonwealth and WA screening and follow-up. Coverage is limited and may need follow-up; it is not Australia-wide coverage and does not claim to include every licence, permit, industry scheme or local-government obligation.
The register and regulatory content are general information, not legal advice. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, accountant, regulator or other professional who understands your circumstances. You remain responsible for confirming obligations, dates and applicability.
3. Accounts and invitations
You must use an account that is authorised for the beta. Keep sign-in links and sessions private, provide accurate business answers, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Invitations are organisation-specific; do not share an invitation or use another organisation’s data.
4. Your information and evidence
You retain responsibility for the information and files you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to use them. Do not submit TFNs, banking credentials, full payroll records or unnecessary employee personal information. Evidence uploads are currently disabled in the production beta pending explicit beta and owner enablement; the scanner readiness gate has been separately proven. If uploads are enabled, use only files relevant to the corresponding obligation.
We handle account, business profile, register, invitation, audit and evidence information as described in the Privacy Notice. Customer records are intended to remain visible only to authorised organisation members.
5. Acceptable use
You must not probe or bypass access controls, submit malicious files, interfere with the service, impersonate another person or organisation, use the beta to provide unauthorised advice to others, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend access to protect customers, service providers or the beta investigation.
6. Third-party services and billing
The beta relies on service providers including Google Cloud for hosting and operational storage, Resend for transactional email, Google for optional OAuth sign-in and Stripe as the billing provider if a signed user starts checkout and billing is enabled. SimplyComply does not receive or store card numbers. Provider outages, terms and processing practices are outside SimplyComply’s direct control.
7. Content and intellectual property
SimplyComply and its interface, software and original content remain owned by SimplyComply Pty Ltd or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use the beta for your internal business evaluation during the invitation period. You may provide feedback, but do not copy, resell or re-publish the service or candidate regulatory content as if it were authoritative.
8. Changes, deletion and recovery
We may change or stop beta features, including pricing and billing, without presenting them as currently purchasable. Retention cleanup and account deletion jobs are disabled by default in production. If support receives explicit approval to enable them, account deletion is handled through a dry-run-first procedure and may preserve records required for an approved hold, audit or regulatory reason. Third-party provider records and configured backup or recovery copies may require separate handling.
